Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) & Other Machinery

A and J Tree Services have qualified staff with EWP licences and are highly experienced in work with cranes.  There are situations where either an EWP (Cherry Picker) or crane will have to be used.  These situations include but are not limited to:

• Limited access
• Tree is dead or unsafe to climb
• Confined space
• No tie in point for the climber

When a crane is used in the tree removal process it greatly reduces the amount of time that it takes to remove the tree and it also decreases the impact to the surroundings.  It is often more efficient and financially viable for clients as manual dismantling can be labour intensive and time consuming.
